We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our international corporate team. This role is crucial for managing complex IT projects that span across our global operations, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading international IT initiatives, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of international IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders across various regions.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and meticulously track project progress and performance.
• Manage project teams, assign tasks, and motivate members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, implementing effective contingency plans.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project stakeholders, team members, and senior management.
• Ensure adherence to corporate IT standards, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), and quality assurance processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts where external services are required for project delivery.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations for executive review.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in an international corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, risk management, and quality assurance principles.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with SAP implementations or other large-scale ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
• Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing sector.
