We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator – Global Logistics to join our dynamic team in Spreitenbach. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods across our global network. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, optimizing supply chain processes, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to meet delivery targets and maintain high service standards. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Coordinate international shipments, including sea freight, air freight, and road transport, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and optimize stock management.
• Manage documentation for international trade, including customs declarations, shipping manifests, and certificates of origin.
• Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve logistics-related issues and provide status updates.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs within the supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade regulations and company policies.
• Prepare reports on logistics performance, including delivery times, costs, and service quality.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience in supply chain coordination or global logistics.
• Strong understanding of international shipping processes and documentation (incoterms, customs).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in German or another major European language.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP/TMS systems.
• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM).
