We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Agile Product Owner to join our dynamic English Team in Feldbach. In this pivotal role, you will be the voice of the customer, bridging the gap between business needs and our development team. You will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and communicating product requirements, ensuring the team delivers maximum value aligned with AVL’s strategic goals for our next-generation automotive technology and software solutions. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility while fostering strong team collaboration.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap to the development team and stakeholders.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Translate high-level product requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA.
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and decisions.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product increments.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as an Agile Product Owner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable stories.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for an international team environment.
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with technical teams in software development.

• Certified Product Owner (CSPO, PSPO) certification.
• Experience in the automotive, powertrain, or related technology industries.
