We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Blockchain Developer to join our dynamic Krypto Start-up Environment in Lugano. This is an incredible opportunity to work on cutting-edge blockchain technologies and contribute to innovative solutions that will shape the future of finance. As a Blockchain Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust and secure blockchain-based applications. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into scalable and efficient decentralized solutions. This is an on-site position where collaboration and direct interaction are key to fostering our vibrant startup culture.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts on various blockchain platforms, primarily Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains.
• Design and implement decentralized applications (dApps) and their integration with front-end interfaces.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy for blockchain initiatives.
• Conduct security audits and code reviews to ensure the integrity and robustness of our blockchain solutions.
• Research and evaluate new blockchain technologies, protocols, and industry trends to keep our platforms at the cutting edge.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions and APIs.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience (2+ years) in blockchain development with strong proficiency in Solidity.
• Hands-on experience with Web3 frameworks (e.g., Web3.js, Ethers.js) and blockchain development tools (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle).
• Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized system architecture.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Rust, Go, or Python.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for decentralized technologies.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions (e.g., Optimism, Arbitrum) or ZK-Rollups.
• Familiarity with various blockchain protocols beyond Ethereum (e.g., Polkadot, Cosmos, Avalanche).
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and experience with smart contract auditing.
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
• Understanding of financial markets and digital asset trading.
