We are seeking a dedicated and physically fit Cherry Tomato Harvester to join our agricultural team in Lausanne. This full-time, on-site role involves the careful picking, sorting, and packing of cherry tomatoes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and freshness. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Proficiency in English is essential for team communication and understanding work instructions. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to Switzerland’s agricultural sector and work with a supportive team.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Hand-harvesting cherry tomatoes according to quality standards and ripeness criteria.
• Carefully sorting and grading tomatoes to remove damaged or unripe produce.
• Packing harvested tomatoes into designated containers, ensuring proper handling to prevent bruising.
• Operating and maintaining basic harvesting equipment safely (e.g., trolleys, picking aids).
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Working collaboratively with team members and following supervisor instructions.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Reporting any issues with crop health or equipment to supervisors promptly.
