Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled English Speaking Water Purification Engineer to join our team in Steyr, Austria. This hybrid role involves both on-site work at our facilities and client sites, as well as remote work flexibility. You will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and optimization of water purification systems, ensuring compliance with local and international standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical, environmental, or mechanical engineering with a focus on water treatment technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage projects, and provide technical expertise to support our innovative solutions.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Design, develop, and optimize water purification processes and systems for various applications (industrial, municipal, commercial).
- Conduct feasibility studies, pilot projects, and system performance evaluations.
- Prepare detailed engineering specifications, schematics, and reports.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of water treatment plants.
- Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance teams.
- Ensure all projects comply with environmental regulations, health, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with sales, project management, and R&D teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging water treatment technologies and industry best practices.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience in water treatment plant design, operation, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of various water purification technologies (e.g., RO, UF, filtration, disinfection).
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Master's degree in a relevant engineering field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- Experience with wastewater treatment processes.
- Knowledge of German language.
- Project management experience.
