We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in St. Gallen. In this role, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, and promoting a diverse range of corporate events, conferences, seminars, and webinars that enhance our brand presence and engage our target audiences. You will work closely with various internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery and measurable success. Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach are crucial for this position, as is a strong command of English, both written and spoken.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management (catering, AV, etc.), and material preparation.
- Develop and implement event marketing strategies, including creating promotional materials, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Manage event registration processes, attendee communications, and on-site support.
- Track event budgets, expenses, and invoices, ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Measure and report on event performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ensure all events adhere to brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Provide administrative support for the marketing team as needed.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in event coordination or marketing, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Proficiency in event management software and CRM systems.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Knowledge of German or another Swiss national language (French, Italian).
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Certification in Event Management (e.g., CMP).
- Experience in the professional services industry.
