Are you a highly motivated, analytical, and results-driven individual with a passion for innovation and the startup ecosystem? As a Founders Associate at EY Switzerland, you will work closely with visionary founders and senior leaders, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence across various high-growth ventures. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategy, operations, product development, and fundraising within a fast-paced, startup-like environment. You will be instrumental in shaping the trajectory of new businesses, bringing entrepreneurial ideas to life, and contributing to the success of impactful projects from conception to execution.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency within startup ventures.
• Support the preparation of investor decks, financial models, and other fundraising materials.
• Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with founders on product development, go-to-market strategies, and user acquisition initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, investors, and clients.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven insights to optimize business performance.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.

• Fluency in German or French in addition to English.
