Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic International Marketing Team based in Morges, Switzerland. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing visually compelling assets that resonate with diverse global audiences and support our brand strategies across various international markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional to contribute to world-renowned brands and make a significant impact on our global presence, working in a hybrid model that blends on-site collaboration with remote flexibility.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including digital advertisements, social media graphics, website assets, presentations, print collateral, and packaging mock-ups for international campaigns.
  • Ensure all visual designs align with Nestlé's global brand guidelines and local market adaptations, maintaining consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing managers, brand teams, and external agencies to translate marketing objectives into effective and creative visual solutions.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from initial concept development to final delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually enhance our visual communication strategies.
  • Prepare design files for various media, ensuring technical accuracy and optimal performance across different channels.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, effectively incorporating feedback and driving consensus.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design work, including both digital and print media.
  • Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced international team environment.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with motion graphics (e.g., Adobe After Effects) or video editing software.
  • Proficiency in French or German is a significant advantage.
  • Previous experience working within an international marketing team or a large multinational company, ideally in the FMCG sector.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles for digital asset design.
