As a Hybrid Digital Transformation Consultant at CGI, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through their digital journeys. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify business challenges, design robust digital strategies, and oversee the implementation of transformative solutions. This role requires a blend of business acumen, technological understanding, and exceptional client-facing skills. You will be instrumental in driving change, optimizing processes, and ensuring our clients achieve sustainable growth in an evolving digital landscape. This hybrid role balances on-site collaboration with remote work flexibility, based out of our Montreal office.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead the assessment of clients' current digital capabilities and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop comprehensive digital transformation strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Architect and design innovative solutions leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, and automation.
• Manage project lifecycles from conception through to successful implementation, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and providing expert guidance.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to foster digital adoption within client organizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical specialists, data scientists, and change management experts.
• Monitor market trends and technological advancements to keep strategies relevant and cutting-edge.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital transformation, management consulting, or IT strategy.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver complex digital projects.
• Strong understanding of modern enterprise technologies (e.g., Cloud, AI/ML, ERP, CRM, IoT).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written in English).
• Experience in stakeholder management and executive-level presentations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile ScrumMaster) or relevant technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience in specific industries such as Financial Services, Public Sector, or Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in French is an asset for our Montreal office.
