We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hybrid Sustainability Consultant to join our dynamic ESG Strategy team in Munich. In this role, you will play a crucial part in advising clients across various industries on their sustainability journeys, helping them integrate ESG principles into their core business strategies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions that drive measurable impact, enhance corporate reputation, and ensure regulatory compliance. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop and implement ESG strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps for clients, aligning with their business objectives and industry best practices.
• Conduct materiality assessments, peer benchmarking, and regulatory landscape analyses to identify key sustainability risks and opportunities.
• Advise clients on ESG reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD) and support them in preparing comprehensive sustainability reports.
• Perform data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform strategic recommendations and quantify environmental and social impacts.
• Facilitate workshops and engage with senior stakeholders to build consensus and drive internal buy-in for sustainability initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of emerging sustainability trends, technologies, and regulatory developments to provide thought leadership and innovative solutions.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Strong understanding of ESG principles, sustainability frameworks, and reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies or consulting on ESG matters.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Strong project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Economics, or a related field.

• Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications in sustainability (e.g., FSA, LEED AP).
• Experience working in a consulting environment or for a large multinational corporation with a focus on sustainability.
• Familiarity with climate change risk assessment and net-zero strategies.
• Knowledge of circular economy principles and sustainable supply chain management.
