We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote HR Generalist to join our rapidly growing start-up. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and international team, ensuring our people operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in supporting our remote workforce, focusing on a variety of HR functions including talent acquisition support, employee relations, HR policy implementation, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and a strong understanding of HR best practices in a remote environment.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding for remote employees.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across various remote jurisdictions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases with a focus on data integrity.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
• Assist in organizing remote team events and fostering a positive virtual company culture.
• Support HR projects as needed, including policy updates, system improvements, and training initiatives.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience working in a fast-paced start-up or technology environment.
• Familiarity with remote work best practices and tools.
• Knowledge of Austrian or European labor law is a plus.
