We are seeking a passionate and experienced Remote UX Designer to join our dynamic Digital Experience team. You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our innovative digital products and platforms, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and meet the needs of our global customers. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a leading tech company from anywhere. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate user needs and business requirements into compelling user interfaces and experiences that delight our users and drive business value.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to deeply understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new and existing digital products and features.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketers to define product requirements and design innovative solutions.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and technical constraints, driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure consistency in design across various platforms and products, meticulously adhering to brand guidelines and design systems.
• Present design concepts, rationale, and research findings to stakeholders, effectively communicating design vision and gathering constructive feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design to continually enhance our design capabilities.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proficiency in leading UX design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing a range of successful UX design projects and demonstrating your design process.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and information architecture.
• Proven experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing insights into actionable design recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Ability to translate complex user needs and business goals into simple, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing designs.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Experience contributing to or working within established design systems.

• Experience designing for global audiences and diverse user groups, considering cultural nuances and accessibility standards.
