We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. You will play a crucial role in creating engaging content, managing our social media presence, and interacting with our global community across various platforms. This position is 100% remote, offering you the flexibility to work from your preferred location.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video) for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and customer inquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all social media communications.
• Support in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
• Track and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights for optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
• Assist in community management, fostering positive interactions with our audience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Basic content creation skills (e.g., graphic design using Canva, basic video editing).
