We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tax Consultant specializing in International Tax to join our growing team in Krems an der Donau. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with diverse international clients, navigate complex tax regulations, and contribute to significant projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in tax principles, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Fluency in English is essential for this role, as you will be working with a global client base.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Provide expert advice on international tax matters, including cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and permanent establishment issues.
• Assist clients with tax planning and compliance for international operations.
• Prepare and review tax provisions and disclosures for multinational corporations.
• Conduct research on complex international tax issues and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement tax-efficient structures.
• Stay current with changes in international tax laws and regulations, including BEPS initiatives.
• Support the preparation of tax returns and related documentation for international entities.
• Communicate effectively with tax authorities and represent clients during audits or inquiries.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or Law.
• Minimum of 36 months of experience in international tax or a related field.
• Strong understanding of international tax principles and concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Professional certification (e.g., Austrian Tax Advisor, ACCA, CPA, LL.M. in Tax).
• Experience with tax software and data analytics tools.
• Knowledge of German is a plus, but not required.
• Experience in a Big 4 or other large consulting firm.
