We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Thyme Pickers to join our agricultural team in Gütersloh. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and careful harvesting of our premium thyme crops. As an English-speaking Thyme Picker, you will play a vital part in maintaining the high standards of quality our customers expect. This is a hands-on, outdoor role perfect for individuals who enjoy working in nature and are committed to precision and efficiency. Training will be provided, making it an excellent opportunity for those new to agricultural work or seeking a seasonal position.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Carefully harvest thyme crops by hand, following specific guidelines to ensure quality and minimize damage.
• Inspect harvested thyme for quality, removing any unwanted debris or substandard plants.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in the fields.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors, communicating clearly in English.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist with other farm-related tasks as needed, such as weeding or planting.

• Proficiency in English (speaking and understanding instructions).
