We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Werkstudent (Student Worker) to join our Affiliate Marketing team. In this role, you will support the growth and optimization of our affiliate programs across English-speaking markets. You will contribute to campaigns, analyze performance, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the daily management and optimization of affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Monitor affiliate performance, identify trends, and prepare regular reports.
• Conduct research to identify potential new affiliate partners and opportunities.
• Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials and communication to affiliates.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
• Help with administrative tasks related to affiliate agreements and payments.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and new affiliate marketing trends.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) to a native or near-native level.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
