Are you a student with a passion for film and media production, looking for a practical entry into the industry? Condor Films AG is seeking an enthusiastic Werkstudent to join our production team in Basel. This part-time role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of film and video production, from pre-production to post-production. While German is beneficial, we actively welcome English-speaking applicants who can demonstrate strong potential and a keen interest in filmmaking. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals, contributing to exciting projects and developing valuable skills in a dynamic creative environment. This is an on-site position.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist the production team with daily tasks, including scheduling, logistics, and on-set support.
• Help with equipment setup and breakdown for shoots.
• Support in research for film projects, script development, and location scouting.
• Contribute to editing, sound design, and post-production workflows under supervision.
• Organize and manage production assets, including footage, audio, and graphics.
• Provide administrative support to the production office.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled student in Film, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong passion for film and video production.
• Basic understanding of filmmaking principles and production workflows.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Familiarity with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Basic knowledge of camera operation and lighting techniques.
• Proficiency in German is a plus but not required.
• Previous experience in student film projects or volunteer work in media.
