We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Designer to join our dynamic and fully remote team. As a Product Designer at Atlassian, you will play a crucial role in defining and shaping the user experience of our cutting-edge products. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate complex problems into intuitive, elegant, and impactful solutions. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys, to deeply understand user needs and behaviors.
• Define user problems, translate them into clear user stories, and create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and other design teams to drive product strategy and execution.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analytics, and technical constraints.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle and ensure a consistent and delightful user experience.
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across products.
• Present design concepts and articulate design decisions to stakeholders with clear rationale.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• 5+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI design) for web or mobile applications.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proven ability to conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into design solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of UX principles, visual design, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

• Experience with complex enterprise software or SaaS products.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand technical constraints.
• Experience contributing to or managing design systems.
