Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Shipping Label Printer to join our team in Altstätten. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately printing and preparing shipping labels for various packages and freight. This is a critical position ensuring the smooth flow of our logistics operations and the correct dispatch of goods. No prior German language skills are required for this role; however, a good understanding of English is essential for communication within our diverse team and for understanding job instructions.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Operate and maintain shipping label printing equipment.
• Accurately print shipping labels based on provided order information and manifest data.
• Verify label details against package contents and destination information.
• Sort and organize printed labels for efficient application to packages.
• Assist in packaging and preparing shipments for dispatch.
• Monitor printer supplies and report low stock levels.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all company safety and operational procedures.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg.
