Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and daily specials.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, ensuring a delightful dining experience.
• Process payments accurately using our POS system and handle cash transactions.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

• Previous experience (at least 6 months) in a similar waitstaff or server role.
• Fluency in German or French in addition to English (highly valued in Bienne).
