We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Language School Manager to lead our dynamic team in Wels, Austria. This pivotal role involves overseeing the daily operations of the school, driving student enrollment and retention, managing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality language programs. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for education, excellent business acumen, and a proven track record in management within a service-oriented industry. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the language center, including scheduling, resource allocation, and facility maintenance.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of language instructors and administrative staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve enrollment, retention, and revenue targets.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality language instruction and a positive learning environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve conflicts, and maintain high levels of student satisfaction.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff.
• Implement and enforce Berlitz policies and procedures.
• Foster community engagement and local marketing initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience, preferably in education or a service-oriented industry.
• Proficiency in English and German (C1 level or higher).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proven business development and sales capabilities.
• Solid understanding of budgeting and financial management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
