Join our dynamic team as a Bottling Plant Worker in Baden, Aargau. We are looking for motivated individuals to support our production lines. No German language skills are required for this role – we value your dedication and willingness to learn. You will be responsible for various tasks ensuring the smooth operation of our bottling processes, from line feeding to quality checks and packaging. Full training will be provided, so prior experience in a bottling plant is a plus but not essential.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Operate and monitor bottling machinery and equipment under supervision.
• Perform quality checks on products and packaging to ensure standards are met.
• Load raw materials and packaging components onto production lines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and palletizing finished products.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or product quality issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Basic understanding of English for safety instructions and team communication (no German required).
