Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Compliance Officer to join our team in Wädenswil. This critical role ensures that UBS adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies, safeguarding our reputation and operational integrity. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities in English, as no German language skills are required for this specific role. You will be instrumental in identifying, assessing, and mitigating compliance risks across various business lines, contributing to a robust control environment.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Monitor and interpret new and existing regulatory requirements relevant to financial services.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments to ensure adherence to regulations and internal guidelines.
• Provide timely and accurate compliance advice and training to business units.
• Investigate compliance breaches and work with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external audits related to compliance.
• Foster a strong compliance culture within the organization.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks (e.g., AML, KYC, data privacy).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.

• Experience with regulatory technology (RegTech) solutions.
