Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Trials Intern to join our team in Güssing, Austria. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about clinical research to gain hands-on experience within a global organization. You will support various aspects of clinical trial operations, learning about trial protocols, regulatory requirements, and data management. This role is designed for individuals who are fluent in English and eager to learn; **no prior knowledge of German is required** as the primary working language for this internship will be English. You will work closely with experienced professionals, contributing to studies that can make a real difference in patients‘ lives.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with the preparation and organization of clinical trial documentation and essential regulatory documents.
• Support data entry and maintenance in clinical trial management systems.
• Help coordinate logistics for study meetings and participant visits, under supervision.
• Perform quality checks on collected data and study materials.
• Assist in administrative tasks crucial for the smooth operation of clinical trials.
• Learn about Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical trial teams to ensure project timelines are met.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about clinical research.

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in a life science, health science, nursing, or related field.
