We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote HR Generalist to join our agile and expanding People & Culture team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about HR in a start-up context, ready to make an immediate impact from a 100% remote setup. You will play a crucial role in supporting our employees throughout their journey, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for our diverse, international team. You will handle a broad range of HR functions, from onboarding and employee relations to HR administration and policy implementation, contributing directly to our company’s growth and employee satisfaction.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration for our remote workforce.
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures compliant with relevant labor laws.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems (e.g., HRIS).
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive remote company culture.
- Support compensation and benefits administration.
- Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably within a start-up or fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (C1/C2 level) both written and verbal, essential for our international team.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency with HRIS and other HR software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience with HR in a fully remote or hybrid work environment.
- Familiarity with Austrian labor law (or willingness to learn rapidly).
- Experience in the FinTech or tech industry.
- Additional language skills (e.g., German).
