We are seeking a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Zurich. As an English Speaking Digital Agency, we work with a diverse international client base, creating innovative digital experiences. This role is perfect for a designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a blend of user experience and user interface design skills, ready to take on exciting projects from concept to execution. You will be instrumental in crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning digital products and services that meet both user needs and business objectives. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conduct user research, create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for various digital platforms (web, mobile, app).
• Translate user requirements and business goals into compelling and intuitive user interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in design sprints, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to internal teams and clients, articulating design rationale effectively.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, user testing, and analytics data.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in UX/UI design.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Experience designing for responsive web and mobile applications.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Experience with motion graphics or animation for UI.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand technical feasibility.
• Experience working with international clients and cross-cultural teams.
• Understanding of SEO and its impact on UX design.
