We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Hotel Night Auditor to join our dedicated team at Hilton Garden Inn Fürth. This pivotal overnight role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the quieter hours, providing a seamless transition between daily operations. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform all end-of-day accounting functions, including auditing and balancing all revenue and expense transactions.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction during night hours.
• Prepare daily reports for management and complete other administrative duties as assigned.
• Monitor security systems and conduct regular property walks to ensure guest safety and hotel integrity.
• Handle emergency situations and escalate as necessary to appropriate management.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Assist with setting up for breakfast service or other morning operations as needed.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) and standard office software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in a hotel front desk or night audit role (minimum 6 months preferred).
• Fluency in German and English (additional languages a plus).

• Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar hotel software.
