Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hybrid Wind Turbine Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of our large-scale wind energy infrastructure projects. This critical role involves managing all phases of project development, from concept to commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in renewable energy infrastructure, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and sustainability. This position offers a hybrid work model, blending office-based collaboration with flexible remote work arrangements.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead and manage complex wind energy infrastructure projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Oversee cross-functional project teams, including engineers, contractors, suppliers, and external consultants.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, reporting regularly on project status to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure operational excellence.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to address potential challenges.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including landowners, regulatory bodies, and local communities.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, specifically within large-scale renewable energy (wind power) or infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of wind turbine technology, construction methodologies, and power generation principles.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience with contract management and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with German energy regulations and permitting processes.
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken).
